The momentum in our body is rolling in a constant velocity, when the pressure is pushing onwards, it cause the impact on it, making the body to withstand such a huge pressure.

Hence the momentum is reducing, and then the power and strength in our body is begin to manipulate and to overcome these pressure.

its just similar to human being, life is a process, result is our achievement, quotes are just like formulas.
